This is a "real" coaching session, it is not a shorten, watered down session designed to sell, in this pre-coaching session, you will have a breakthrough and will see the value of the GamefulThinking coaching approach. When you sign up for a pre-coaching session, you download and complete the Pre-Coaching Worksheet, which Contains Part-A - A Questionnaire to help you think about your life and Part-B The Wheel of Life form to help you assess the areas of your life in preparation for choosing goals. You will also receive the document "The Basic Systems of Life" that will help you to see how the roles and areas of your life, are integrated and work together to define your current level of "Happiness". Happiness, as well as "Success" are personal definitions, they are your assessments of where you are currently, versus where you want to be.
At the end of the pre-coaching session, you will have:
